Anaiis Straw is a junior associate attorney committed to helping guide clients through what may be one of the most challenging times of their lives with empathy, compassion, and understanding. She believes every client deserves to be heard and supported, and she takes pride in actively listening to each client’s concerns, understanding their individual needs, and providing thoughtful guidance tailored to their unique situations.
Anaiis graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She went on to earn her law degree from New England Law | Boston.
While in law school, Anaiis focused on domestic violence advocacy. She interned at two nonprofit organizations, Casa Myrna and HAWC, where she developed trauma-informed practices and strengthened her ability to listen attentively to clients, understand the challenges they were facing, and connect them with the support they needed. These experiences further deepened her empathy and reinforced her commitment to client-centered advocacy during difficult and emotional times.
When Anaiis is not in the office, she enjoys walking by the beach, traveling, taking on new craft projects, watching sports (especially women’s basketball and hockey), and spending time with her friends and family.
