Meet Christopher Muller
Chris Muller is the Chief Operating Officer at Wright Family Law Group, where he leads the firm’s operations, financial discipline, and people development. He approaches operations as a service to the practice — his role is to remove friction so attorneys can focus on the work that matters most: their clients.
Before joining Wright Family Law Group, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, a multi-site applied behavior analysis organization. There he scaled clinical operations, financial performance, and team accountability across a rapidly growing practice, building the systems and standards that allowed the organization to grow without losing the quality of its care.
Chris previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Maharishi International University, where he oversaw institutional operations during a critical scaling phase. Earlier, he served as Vice President and Interim Chief Operating Officer at XLMedia, where he led their personal finance business unit.
Across these roles, Chris has focused on the same core problems: building financial visibility, professionalizing back-office operations, scaling people and processes without sacrificing culture, and freeing leaders to focus on what only they can do. He holds an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University in Ohio.
At Wright Family Law Group, Chris brings rigor, steady judgment, and respect for the firm’s mission to every part of the operation. His role is to ensure the operational foundation of the firm matches the standard of legal advocacy clients have come to expect — fearless, compassionate, and consistent.
