Jenessa Sculla Dailey - Director of Divorce Support Services

Jenessa Sculla Dailey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Divorce Coach who leads Wright Family Law Group’s Divorce Support Services division. With more than 20 years of experience helping families navigate emotional transitions, Jenessa brings both clinical expertise and compassionate perspective to clients facing divorce, custody disputes, and family court conflict.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst (B.S. in Psychology) and Florida State University (Master of Social Work, 2004), Jenessa has built her career at the intersection of family systems, trauma recovery, and child development. She spent a decade as a Family Therapist working alongside the Department of Children and Families (DCF), where she supported parents and children through complex reunification and protective-care cases. She also served for ten years as a School Adjustment Counselor at Revere High School, helping students and families navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges during periods of instability or family change.

Earlier in her career, Jenessa worked within the Florida Court System as a Clinical Guardian ad Litem, providing the courts with informed, child-centered recommendations in high-conflict custody matters. Her broad experience with both Massachusetts and Florida family systems allows her to approach each case with a deep understanding of the emotional, developmental, and legal dimensions of family restructuring.

In addition to her clinical work, Jenessa is a Certified Trauma Systems Therapist, Certified Play Therapist, and Certified School Adjustment Counselor, with specialized training in helping children and parents manage the emotional stressors of divorce, conflict, and transition. She integrates movement-based mindfulness into her work through her ongoing roles as a Barre, Ballet, and Yoga Instructor, promoting holistic healing and emotional regulation for clients of all ages.

At Wright Family Law Group, Jenessa facilitates support groups for clients experiencing divorce or family court conflict, offering a structured, therapeutic environment to process change, develop coping skills, and foster resilience. Her compassionate, systems-oriented approach helps clients rebuild confidence, strengthen family connections, and move forward with clarity and calm.

When she’s not working with families, Jenessa enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, finding balance between professional dedication and personal mindfulness — the same balance she helps her clients cultivate every day.
