Ashley Kirkland is a passionate divorce and family law attorney dedicated to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with compassion, clarity, and steadfast support. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Memphis. Ashley built her legal foundation on academic excellence and a genuine commitment to advocacy. While in law school, she served on Law Review, where she sharpened her research and writing skills, and on the Moot Court Board, where she discovered her love for oral advocacy and developed the litigation skills that she now brings to her practice.
After graduating, Ashley began her legal career as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, where she worked closely with judges and attorneys and gained invaluable, hands-on experience in divorce and family law. Her time there gave her a strong understanding of courtroom procedures, case management, and the unique challenges families face during these transitions.
Ashley approaches her work with a fresh perspective and an open mind. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients’ stories and strives to craft thoughtful, practical solutions that prioritize long-term well-being. Her approachable nature, empathy, and attention to detail help clients feel supported and understood during times of uncertainty.
Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys hiking, camping, reading fiction, and playing tennis—activities that give her balance, joy, and a chance to recharge so she can bring her best self to her clients every day.
For Ashley, family law is more than just a career—it’s a calling. She is committed to walking alongside her clients through life’s challenges and helping them build brighter, more stable futures.
