Attorney Kaitlyn Gauck joined Wright Family Law Group in 2021. While working with our team, Attorney Gauck also works alongside the Women’s bar Foundation as a Staff Attorney handling low-income family law cases involving domestic violence. Ms. Gauck’s passion and appreciation for making a difference in people’s lives and helping them navigate their family needs through the legal system shows through the deep compassion, understanding, kindness and commitment she provides each client.
Ms. Gauck has a passion for helping families involved in cases of domestic violence. She provides a unique appreciation and vision when it comes to handling 209A Restraining Order and 258E Harassment Orders. Ms. Gauck has handled family law matters in every stage of divorce, custody, and guardianship proceedings, including bringing cases to trial.
Ms. Gauck is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University (Magna Cum Laude; 2015; B.A. in Psychology and Business Management) and New England Law | Boston (J.D., 2018). During her time at NELB, Ms. Gauck worked for a general practice law firm and clerked for Commissioner Frank J. Scharaffa at the Commonwealth’s Appellate Tax Board.
Ms. Gauck is a notary public, an active member of the Volunteer Lawyers Project and Women’s Bar Foundation, as well as a member of the Boston Bar Association. When not practicing law, Ms. Gauck enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her three dogs, reading, hiking, and baking.
